of this Position:

The Document Control Technician I is responsible for managing the flow of controlled documents, including controlled document issuance, reconciliation and archival. This is an on-site position working 11am-9pm, Wednesday through Saturday.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience with a document management system desirable.
• Experience with cGMP and FDA regulations preferred.
• Associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

• Issue, maintain, and reconcile controlled documents, including logbooks, controlled copies, execution copies, controlled forms.
• Coordinate archival (and retrieval, electronic searching, etc.) of GMP documents with offsite records management vendor, boxing, organizing, and shipping records at regular intervals.
• Execute reports in the document management system (DMS), to ensure timely completion of document periodic reviews and reconciliation of controlled documents.
• Support internal, client, and external regulatory inspections by providing documents from the MasterControl DMS, including offsite searching, electronic and physical retrieval from vendor.
