This position is responsible for supporting the execution of the Document Control activities in accordance with AS9100 and company quality standards and securing completed documentation.

Your Mission

• Responsible for supporting the execution of the Document Control activities in accordance with AS9100 and company quality standards, and securing completed documentation.
• Review of all documents and data to be uploaded in to SAP (internal and customer facing) for completeness and accuracy and SAP functions in work order processing for production completion.
• Complete all archiving activities for finalized documents.
• Assist in writing and reviewing department procedures and SOPs.
• Must be detail oreinted
• Ability to pull and upload reports
• Work on special projects for Production Control as needed.
• Some weekend work may be needed to finalize paperwork as needed

Your Story

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Able to deal with document ambiguity and reconcile missing information with relevant groups.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision in alignment to due dates.
• Able to perform multiple activities for various projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong personal computer skills required, including the use Microsoft Office.
• SAP database knowledge
• Understanding of master data/configuration controls in a manufacturing environment
• ERP system (SAP or similar) familiarity for recording and storing information in addition to document storage.
