Job Description

This position is a hybrid role located in Houston Texas.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Product Document Revision Control Professional. You will manage engineering and non-engineering documents, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficient processes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and maintain product drawings, specifications, procedures, and manufacturing instructions.
  • Ensure documentation meets industry standards and company policies; perform regular audits.
  • Administer document control systems and coordinate IT upgrades.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product management, and other teams on document updates.
  • Train staff and support document-related queries.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • At least 5 years of document control experience in an engineering/manufacturing environment.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and independent working skills.
  • Knowledge of engineering documentation standards and basic engineering processes.
  • Advanced MS Office, PDF editing software, and version control system proficiency.
  • PDM software exp such as Teamcenter or similar.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Document Control Certification.
  • Experience in regulated industries, especially Hazardous Area Certification.
