Design and develop quality systems in accordance with international standards such as ISO 9001 and specific standards in the marble manufacturing industry to enhance production efficiency and maintain product quality.
Prepare and update Quality Manuals, Work Instructions, Standard Operating Procedures, and related documents to comply with standard requirements.
Inspect and evaluate the effectiveness of various processes within the factory, including raw material quality inspections, production processes, and finished products.
Review and compare handcrafted items based on 2D and 3D design drawings, including moldings and other decorative features, to confirm conformity with design specifications.
Ensure that purchased stones match the specifications listed in the purchase orders to prevent errors prior to storage or delivery.
Count, inspect, and verify the quality of received goods—both domestic and imported—against purchase orders and related documents to confirm accuracy before acceptance and storage.
Ensure the timely renewal and coordination of calibration certificates for tools such as vernier calipers, steel rulers, mini color scanners (for calcium), calibration weights, magnets, and stone gloss meters
