Job Description

Tetūranga– The role

You willleadthe projectdocument control and information managementactivitiesacross a complexprojecthere atTePūteaMatua

In this role,you’llestablishand maintain robustinformationmanagementframeworks, processes, and guidance to ensure information is created, stored, accessed, and shared securely and efficiently.You’llwork closely with internal teams and external partners tomaintaine-document control standards,implement new processes,provide advice on information classification and access, and ensure strong compliance with security requirements.

You’llalso play a key role in supplier onboarding, due diligence, and continuous improvementIdentifyingrisks and strengthening document management practices across the programme.

This is a fixed term position through until September 2027.

Ōpūkenga– About you

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • At least 7years experiencewith NZ Government’s Protective Security Requirements
    security classification system, handling and protecting official and protectively marked
    information. Strong knowledge of protective security requirements and handling sensitive information

  • At least 7years experiencein the area ofbuilding project documentation and software
    applications.

  • Proven ability to design and implement document management frameworks and processes

  • Experience working across multiple stakeholder groups, including external suppliers

  • Strong communicationskills, with the ability toprovideclear guidance and influence senior audiences

  • Experience with document management systems such as SharePoint, Teams, BIM360 or similar platforms

  • Sound judgement, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset

  • Understanding of, or willingness to engage with,TeTiritio Waitangi andTeAo Māori perspectives

  • Eligibility to obtain andmaintainan appropriate levelof national security clearance
