Job Description

, Responsibilities and Expectations:

  • Create BOMs, change orders at all product life phases
  • Work with EPMs and MPMs to set up BOMs for new products
  • Follow Document Control processes
  • Attend meetings representing Document Control and assigned product line
  • Understand roles and responsibilities of core team members
  • Daily, detailed and timely data entry to PLM
  • Ability to prioritize workload and work independently
  • A team player

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • At least one year office experience
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Good time management and ability to prioritize tasks
  • General MS Office skills
  • Computer experience and ability to learn new applications
  • Must be self-motivated, and capable of working independently
  • Able to effectively communicate, both orally and in written form in English
  • Arena or equivalent PLM experience a plus
  • Oracle or equivalent ERP experience a plus
