Could you be the Document Control Assistant in Ciudad Sahagun, Hidalgo we’re looking for?

Your future role

"Take on a new challenge and apply your document control expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.
You'll play a key role in ensuring efficient and accurate management of project documentation, contributing to the success of key projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project Management, Bid Management, and Engineering), maintain document workflows, and much more."

We’ll look to you for:

  • Managing the receipt, distribution, and storage of project documents.

  • Ensuring document templates adhere to company standards and formatting guidelines.

  • Collaborating with project teams to track document revisions and updates.

  • Assisting team members in locating and retrieving necessary documents.

  • Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

  • Experience or understanding of document management processes or systems.

  • Knowledge of organizational and administrative practices.

  • Familiarity with digital tools and software for document control (e.g., Microsoft Office, SharePoint, or similar platforms).
