Job Description

We are looking for a Document Control Administrator who will be responsible for managing, controlling, and organizing project documentation, ensuring that all information is accurately recorded, up-to-date, and accessible to the project teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Management and control of technical and administrative project documentation
  • Use and maintenance of databases and document management systems
  • Support engineering, inspection, and coordination teams in document tracking.
  • Ensure all documentation complies with internal standards and client requirements
  • Support in preparing reports and documentation audits.

Requirements

Junior profile acceptable, motivated to learn and grow within industrial projects.

Basic knowledge of databases and document control systems.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Autonomous and proactive in task management.
