Position: Document Control Administrator
Pay Rate: $35–$45 per hour
Location: Santa Clara, CAWe are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Document Control Administrator to join our team in Santa Clara, CA. This role is essential to maintaining efficient day-to-day operations, supporting cross-functional teams, and delivering a high standard of internal and external customer service.The ideal candidate is highly organized, technologically savvy, and an excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment. Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative support across multiple departments and office functions
Utilize the Microsoft Office Suite—particularly Excel—to streamline workflows and support data-driven initiatives
Maintain accurate, well-organized records and filing systems in compliance with company standards
Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and manage travel arrangements as needed
Handle inbound and outbound communications with professionalism and efficiency
Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other business documents
Ensure document control processes are followed and continuously improved

Qualifications & Skills

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced or solid working knowledge of Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with vendors, customers, and internal partners
Comfortable working with modern office software, digital tools, and workplace technologies
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills
Mandarin speaking and writing skills preferred
