Zwicker is presently seeking a Template, Reporting, and Query Specialist to join our team. This person will be responsible for the templating of litigation documents in MS Word, creation of queries in RMS, and creation of reports in MS Excel as well as other administrative tasks as assigned.

The base hourly rate for this position is $20.00-$22.00.

Responsibilities

• Create/curate complex Microsoft Word Template documents
• Automate processes using VBA macros in Microsoft Excel
• Create/curate multipart AS400 queries
• Communicate with teammates and stakeholders via email, phone, and Zoom
• Troubleshooting
• Project management
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially:
• Excel (if statements and similar formulas, v-lookups, VBA macros, etc.)
• Word Templates (conditional formatting, nested rules, tables/formatting, mail merging)
• Ability to communicate in a common language with teammates and stakeholder via email, phone, and Zoom
• Experience with VBA, SQL, and similar languages preferred
• Be able to operate a computer, phone, or equivalent device
• Be able to complete a minimum of a 40-hour flexible workweek schedule
• Be able to read and comprehend position-specific documents and correspondence

Physical Qualifications

• Be able to lift five pounds or greater
• Be able to sit 90% of the workday at times
• Be able to bend at the waist and be mobile when needed
• Be able to concentrate and use critical thinking
