Overview: Responsible for designing product manuals, repair and maintenance manuals for e-scooter and electric bicycles.
Responsibilities:

Design, build content, development process for product user manuals for e-scooter and electric bicycles.

Build content, development process for repair and maintenance manuals for e-scooter and electric bicycles.
-
Calculate working hours(labor time) for repair and maintenance work for e-scooter and electric bicycles.

Ensure product development progresses according to the plan
-
Resolve quality issues effectively and thoroughly
-
Implement inspection and confirmation of content, working hours, and handle issues related to documents.

Develop new suppliers that meet the needs of VinFast and optimize costs
-
Provide guidance to leadership on design solutions and system optimization
Requirements
-
Graduation in journalism and languages, electrical-electronic engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial design or related majors.

Experience in working with after-sales technical documents
-
Knowledgeable in design, drafting technical documents, print design, styling art design
-
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT…
-
Skilled in using design software such as Photoshop, Autocad, knowing how to use Catia is an advantage....

Knowledgeable the basic components of electric vehicles and the operating principles of electric motorbikes
