What you will be doing:

The Document Analyst is an outstanding opportunity to play a relevant role in NVIDIA's mechanical engineering team, supporting simultaneous product development programs. We are seeking a driven and expert professional who excels in coordinating Bill of Materials (BOM), part number assignments, Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), and operational documentation. You'll work with multiple teams to align hardware component logistics with operations, contributing to the development of next-generation products.

What we need to see:

  • Support NVIDIA's product portfolio by collaborating with multi-functional teams to build BOMs, assign part numbers, and implement ECOs.

  • Champion the optimization of documentation processes, ensuring alignment with development cadence and operational needs.

  • Review and develop existing processes and documentation, building and preserving standard processes recorded in design reviews and postmortem takeaways.

  • Partner with engineers to understand builds and structure documentation using tools such as Creo and Windchill.

  • Maintain alignment of assembly structure and SKUs between engineering teams, factory operations, and partners.

  • Ensure tight-knit collaboration among all cross-disciplinary participants.

What we need to see:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.

  • 2+ years of relevant of experience

  • Knowledge of engineering hardware components, manufacturing techniques, and processes.

  • Experience in documentation related to New Product Introduction (NPI) for mechanical product development and production tooling.

  • Remarkable skills in organization and interpersonal communication, along with careful attention to detail.

  • Atmosphere encouraging perpetual development and steady process advancement.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, experience working with PLM platforms like Windchill.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Experience in product development, 3D modeling, and 2D drawing creation.

  • Established track record in developing NPI processes, involving coordination with operations on manufacturing, quality, Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), and End-of-Life (EOL).

  • Collaborative engineering team working across multiple functions.

  • Direct involvement in prototype construction and production.

  • Opportunities to work with global suppliers and manufacturing partners.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 68,000 USD - 115,000 USD for Level 2, and 84,000 USD - 138,000 USD for Level 3.
