Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure complete, accurate, and usable documentation required for a fully functional in-house service.
  • Collect all existing vendor documentation (runbooks, diagrams, inventories).
  • Validate completeness and accuracy of documents against real systems.
  • Create standardized templates (SOPs, work instructions, support guides).
  • Document new processes, workflows, and technical configurations.
  • Maintain version control and a central repository (SharePoint, Confluence, CMDB).
  • Ensure documentation supports knowledge transfer and training.
  • Identify documentation gaps and coordinate with SMEs to fill them.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Management, Communications or related field
  • Preferred/Advantageous
    • Course in data analysis, documentation standards or technical writing
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Document Analyst
  • Can work Full onsite (Cubao)
