naPerforms simple clerical duties by applying office procedures including answering calls, managing basic financial transactions and recording, typing or word processing, filing, and other ad-hoc activities to increase efficiency.

• Minimum Qualification:

• Namibian Citizenship;
• Grade 12 with 25 Points.
• 1 Year of experience in the insurance industry
• Computer literacy in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently and under pressure; and
• Excellent communicator with a passion for customer service and relationship building.

• Accountable for service delivery through own efforts.
• Individually accountable for managing own time tasks and output quality for periods of 1 day to a maximum of 3 months.
• Makes increased contributions by broadening individual skills.
• Collaborates effectively with others to achieve personal results.
• Accepts and lives the company values.
• Collects and sorts computer print-outs for collection by departments.
• Control of office documentation archiving.
• Scans and boxes documents.
• Responsible for controlling filing database.
• Performs messenger function.
