We are seeking Palliative Care registrars to work at Royal Hobart Hospital (RHH). The Royal Hobart hospital is Tasmania’s largest hospital and major referral centre. As the major clinical teaching and research centre, RHH works closely with the University of Tasmania and other institutions.
Registrars may work in the inpatient specialist palliative care unit, the community palliative care team and the acute hospital consults service. Roles are accredited for each of the 3 core palliative medicine advanced training terms and clinical foundation in palliative medicine training.

$138,978 - $194,675 per annum + 12% superannuation and access to salary packaging
Salary range is in accordance with the Medical Practitioners Agreement 2025

Fixed term, full time day work, working 76 hours per fortnight (+10 hours protected training time per fortnight, pro rata), commencing from 1 February 2027 until 7 February 2028 (note 24 months negotiable).
