Routine consultation and physical examination for employee, prepare prescription, treatment and monitoring.
Routine consultation and examination are successfully conducted.
Monitoring the patient�s condition, requires patient complimentary examination or gives an opinion for special consultation.
Patient's conditions are monitored successfully.
Responding to medical problems presented by patients including medical history, diagnosis, investigation, treatment and referral as appropriate.
Medical responds to problems are appropriate.
Maintain medical record of employee. Analyse health case or issue and make recommendations.
Medical records of employees are correctly maintained.
Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome

Education

Bachelor's Degree of Public helath or Occupational helath
