A highly-regarded AmLaw firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Docketing Analyst to join its team. This role is fully remote.Location: 100% Remote (candidates must reside and work in CST, MST, PST time zones)Compensation: Up to $95,000 (depending on experience).Responsibilities:The analyst will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy of litigation deadlines and the integrity of the firm’s master calendar.System Input: Accurately input case information into the electronic calendaring system, with emphasis on Compulaw.Deadline Calculation: Calculate, enter, and format case events and deadlines by applying federal, state, and local court rules.Rules Monitoring: Maintain a working knowledge of updates and changes to court rules and procedures (USDC, state court, and Alternative Dispute Resolution agencies).Case Review: Review all incoming documents for deadline monitoring.Team Support: Advise attorneys of upcoming dates, respond to inquiries from case teams regarding calendared events and rules, and provide necessary reports.Workload Management: Plan and organize workload to comply with established time constraints.Research: Conduct research for strategic calendaring as needed.Required Qualifications:4-5+ years of dedicated experience as a Docketing Clerk or Analyst. Litigation docketing experience is required.Minimum of five years of experience using calendaring software, Compulaw and MilanaThorough familiarity with federal, state, and local court rules, procedures, and practices.Bachelor’s degree preferred.
