We are currently seeking a reliable and physically capable Dock Worker to join our team. In this essential role, you will be responsible for the efficient and safe loading and unloading of freight, primarily utilizing a forklift. You will also play a key part in maintaining an organized and clean dock environment and ensuring accurate handling of all shipments.
Proven experience operating a forklift.
Excellent punctuality and attendance are assets.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, particularly when interacting with customers.
Positive attitude
Nice-to-Have Skills/Experience:
Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures.
Familiarity with electronic scanning equipment.
Safety certifications beyond forklift operation.
