The Dock Worker is responsible for supporting the smooth flow of equipment in and out of the warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory handling, safe movement of goods, and maintaining a clean and organised working environment.

The role will be based across our Harlow and Hertford sites during our transition period, as we relocate our UK operations to Hertford. • Ensure accurate completion of paperwork, records, and timesheets
• Communicate effectively with warehouse and operational teams to support daily workflow

About you

• Previous experience in a manual or warehouse-based role is required
• Strong attention to detail with an organised and methodical approach
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently when required
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
• Experience within the live events or entertainment industry is desirable but not essential
• Comfortable using basic computer systems for inventory and record keeping
• Physically capable of lifting and moving equipment up to 25kg and working on your feet for extended periods
• Flexible and willing to support overtime, evenings, and weekends when required
• Ability and willingness to work across both Harlow and Hertford sites during the transition period

Working hours
Full time.

This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and practical individual to join a fast-paced live events environment, playing a key role in ensuring the smooth movement and handling of equipment across our warehouse operations.
