Dock & Door Territory Manager – Built to Drive Growth

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities within assigned markets
  • Generate and maintain a robust sales pipeline
  • Conduct customer visits, facility walkthroughs, and operational assessments
  • Identify dock and door equipment needs and recommend customized solutions
  • Build relationships with warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution leaders
  • Deliver compelling proposals and presentations
  • Negotiate pricing and close business confidently
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure successful execution and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline data within CRM
  • Represent MHI professionally throughout the marketplace

  • Consistently achieve and exceed new business revenue targets
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Expand MHI’s presence in the dock & door market
  • Acquire new customers and grow territory market share
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

Background & Experience

  • 3–5+ years of experience in industrial, material handling, or related sales
  • Proven success in new business development and closing deals
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience working in a field-based, customer-facing role preferred
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout assigned territory
