Pay or shift range: $18.55 USD to $20.55 USD

Your daily role

  • Production Monitoring & Record-Keeping: Accurately record all finished cases, case sizes, and discrepancies while maintaining comprehensive product information and communicating with relevant team members.
  • Equipment Operation & Troubleshooting: Program and operate automatic palletizers, troubleshoot minor issues following Lock Out Tag Out procedures, and ensure smooth production runs.
  • Safety & Quality Compliance: Maintain good housekeeping, adhere to GMPs, prioritize food safety and quality, and report any concerns to supervisors.
    Your profile
  • Skills & Qualifications: Must have computer literacy, strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to work independently, and proficiency in reading and understanding English. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with one year of repack experience preferred.
  • Physical & Environmental Demands: Requires standing for extended periods, occasional heavy lifting (up to 100 lbs), frequent bending, reaching, and dexterity tasks.
  • Work conditions may include noise, dust, humidity, cold storage, and exposure to moving machinery and chemicals.
  • Work Expectations & Adaptability: Must meet physical and vision requirements, handle varying work intensities (light to medium), and adapt to different environmental conditions. Reasonable accommodations can be made for individuals with disabilities.
  • Hours: 11 pm to 7 am
