我們正在尋找一位具備數位化思維與專案管理能力的資深經理,負責推動智慧服務轉型,並確保系統與應用程式的穩定運作。此職位將與全球總部及跨部門團隊密切合作,支援 Otis One 平台、ETT 系統及多項企業應用程式,提升服務效率與客戶體驗。
主要職責:
智慧服務轉型 (Service Transformation)
管理企業 App 使用者與角色設定,規劃 iPhone 設備配置與應用程式安裝。
與全球總部合作,制定本地化 App 標準,回報問題並推動改善。
追蹤專案 KPI,完成季度 IC 計算,並更新培訓教材與內部刊物。
Otis One 平台
1. 管理 Otis One Portal 與 OOV App,解決系統問題並確保功能穩定。
2. 與上海服務中心協作,負責 GW 訂購、測試、安裝及軟體升級。
3. 管理 GW 與 SIM 卡資產,並支援分公司與 FOD 的連線問題。
4. 發布平台與 App 更新,並進行月度業務績效檢討。
ETT 系統
1. 每月更新並上傳合約與設備資料至 ETT 系統。
2. 維護使用者與角色設定,並與分公司及相關部門協作解決系統問題。
我們希望你具備
1. 專案管理與跨部門協作能力,能與全球團隊及供應商有效溝通。
2. 熟悉企業應用程式管理、Portal 系統及資產管理流程。
3. 具備數據分析能力,能追蹤 KPI 並提出改善建議。
4. 良好的中英文溝通能力,能撰寫培訓教材與內部公告。
5. 良好的Excel技能。
加分條件
1. 有 IT 系統管理或數位轉型專案經驗。
2. 熟悉 iOS 設備管理與企業 App 部署。
3. 具備電梯或智慧服務產業背景。
4. 善用Excel樞紐分析、函數等技能者佳。
