For our DO NOT DISTRUB we are looking for Waiters that will make sure our guests will have an amazing and unforgettable experience.
We are looking for energetic, self-motivated Waiters who can uplift our guest's experience for our new, hidden hotspot: Do Not Disturb. As our Do Not Disturb Table Sever, you play an important role in our daily operations by ensuring a world-class table service and making sure all our guests enjoy there Do Not Disturb experience.
Our ideal candidate can work well under pressure in a team environment, has a distinct need for a job he or she can take pride in and is a natural at driving and creating sales in a late-night environment. Ultimately, you should be a team player, who is able to effectively communicate with all colleagues and ensure that the Do Not Disturb experience will never be forgotten.
Do Not Disturb is located on the lower floor of the W Amsterdam, hidden underneath the concrete and cobblestones of the Dutch capital, the darkest of hours turn vibrant with the opening of Do Not Disturb. The 360-degree bar and tables of different levels, it encourages guests to mingle and meet by drinking a great cocktail. Do Not Disturb offers a carefully selected small dishes menu and drinks menu including high-end champagnes and premium spirits from around the world.

Responsibilities
A warm and welcoming delivery while processing our valued regular and walk-in guests
Offer menu recommendations upon request
Up-sell additional products when appropriate
Communicate order details to the team
Serve drink orders
Arrange table settings
Deliver checks and collect bill payments
Positive attitude and aim to provide great communication skills
Requirements
Previous work experience as a waiter/waitress
Excellent customer service skills in person, in writing and in speaking
Availability to work in shifts as needed
You are located in Amsterdam (or nearby)
Flexible availability on nights, weekends and holidays
Good physical condition to walk and stand during an entire shift
English needs to be spoken fluently
