For our DO NOT DISTURB we are looking for someone with a heart for cocktails and would love to work as a Bartender in one of the coolest bars of Amsterdam!
The ideal Bartender for Do Not Disturb is someone with real team spirit, who is friendly and has some experience in serving cocktails and special drinks. As BARTENDER, you ensure all guests are served drinks or food within the bar in a friendly and efficient manner in accordance with company standards. You ensure that the Bar area is prepared correctly for service. Our Bartender has complete knowledge of F&B service techniques, all menus, drinks lists, and specialties offered in the bar.
Do Not Disturb is located on the lower floor of the W Amsterdam, hidden underneath the concrete and cobblestones of the Dutch capital, the darkest of hours turn vibrant with the opening of Do Not Disturb. The 360-degree bar and tables of different levels encourage guests to mingle and meet by drinking a great cocktail. Do Not Disturb offers a carefully selected small dishes menu and drinks menu including high-end champagnes and premium spirits from around the world.

Responsibilities
Greeting guests
Serve and prepare all cocktails for the bar area
Pull all wines/drinks necessary for guests
Manage customers seated/standing in the bar area
Assist guests with food orders
Manage drink transfers and all financial transactions at the bar
Provide a timely greeting to all guests
Positive attitude and aim to provide great communication skills
Requirements
Work experience as a Bartender
Part-time or Full-time available
Attentiveness and patience for guests
Aim to deliver excellent presentation skills
Organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
Active listening and effective communication skills
Team spirit
The ability to speak English
Ability to have a flexible schedule and be able to work on nights, weekends, and or holidays
