Job Description

We are looking to hire a part-time team member (approximately 10h/week) to provide administrative support at the Maritime Academy. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated new joiner to gain valuable experience in a dynamic DNV environment while supporting essential administrative functions.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document organization.
• Support faculty and staff with scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
• Aid in the preparation of training materials and course documents.
• Assist in managing participant registration.
• Provide support with logistical arrangements for academy events and activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of the Maritime Academy office.

The role location is Gdynia, Poland.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Prior administrative or office experience.
• Experience of working with office tools such as Oracle, LMS or similar environment is nice to have.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Availability to work part-time hours during regular office hours.
