Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your technical leadership expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, innovative, and passionate teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in designing and implementing the architecture for a Maintenance Server Application that interfaces with multiple subsystems, including ATC, IXL, ATS, and DCS systems. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (e.g., Project Solution Architects, Project Engineering Managers, and Department Heads), guide DMS engineers with technical and managerial support, and ensure alignment with Alstom processes and values, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of conducting technical training sessions and root cause analyses, but also contribute to optimizing costs through innovative ideas and methods.
We’ll look to you for:
Ensuring adherence to Alstom rules, values (AIR), and processes
Providing accurate and timely reporting
Delivering on quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) commitments
Facilitating technical and management support for DMS engineers
Organizing support for ATC and site teams in a timely manner
Driving effective change management and requirement management processes
Proactively communicating and resolving disputes
Enabling team members to realize their potential and grow within the organization
Supporting tenders and optimizing costs with innovative approaches

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Science)
8+ years of experience in deployment and technical interface roles
Sound technical knowledge in DMS (DevOps, Kubernetes, AWS, Linux, SQL, protocol, and network concepts)
Experience in team management (preferred but not mandatory)
Prior knowledge in signalling maintenance or relevant experience (advantageous)
Strong skills in change management and requirement management
Proficiency with tools related to change and requirement management (advantageous)
Clear communication and the ability to work effectively in diverse teams
Adaptability to new technologies and a commitment to continuous learning
Proficiency in English and any national language
Experience with IT tools such as Microsoft Office, DevOps, Exsi, and SQL
