The Role:
We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated DMS IT Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you’ll Serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders, dealerships, and IT teams to support the Dealer Management System (DMS) and enhance the dealer experience. You'll partner with internal customers to understand business needs, facilitate requirements-gathering and solution workshops, and translate business objectives into effective technology solutions. Working across multiple IT teams, you'll support the design, testing, implementation, and ongoing optimization of DMS applications, helping to drive successful project delivery, user adoption, process improvements, and continuous business value for the dealer network and TMHNA. Salary - $94,020 - $120,540 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.
