  Lead the strategic design and planning of DLP capabilities across cloud, endpoint, network, and application domains.
• 
  Ensure cross-stream coherence between architecture, engineering, data governance, compliance, and security operations.
• 
  Support senior‑level decision-making by providing clear options, impact assessments, and risk evaluations.
• 
  Facilitate design and alignment workshops, ensuring stakeholders share a common vision for DLP policies, processes, and operating models.
• 
  Advise on target operating models, governance frameworks, and implementation roadmaps for enterprise DLP.
• 
  Partner with business and technical teams to ensure policies, standards, and controls are consistently adopted.
• 
  Produce strategic documentation, including capability maps, maturity assessments, and transformation plans.
• 
  Monitor industry trends and emerging DLP technologies to inform long-term strategy.

Requirements

• 
  8+ years of DLP-related transformation experience, including strategy, design, governance, and enterprise program delivery.
• 
  Proven expertise in enterprise DLP platforms (e.g., Microsoft Purview, Symantec/Broadcom, Forcepoint, Trellix/McAfee).
• 
  Strong understanding of data protection regulations (GDPR, Swiss data protection law, industry standards).
• 
  Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage diverse stakeholders.
• 
  Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with experience leading workshops and executive discussions.
• 
  Strong analytical thinking and an ability to present strategic recommendations.

• 
  Experience with large-scale cloud transformations and cloud-native DLP capabilities (M365, Azure, Google, CASB/SASE).
• 
  Background in consulting, advisory services, or architecture within regulated industries (finance, pharma, public sector).
• 
  Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CIPM, or cloud certifications.
• 
  Fluency in English; French is a strong plus for the Geneva region.
