En pharmacie, tu travailleras principalement sur les marques Oral Care : Elmex, Meridol & Colgate !
Ton quotidien avec nous
Tu seras chargé.e de développer les marques Colgate ,Elmex et Meridol, en assurant la croissance en sell in et sell out sur ton secteur via la couverture des Pharmacies/Parapharmacies et la recommandation auprès des Dentistes.
Tes missions
En pharmacie/parapharmacie :
Auprès d’un parc de pharmacies, parapharmacies et hyper corners, tu seras amené(e) à assurer et à optimiser la mise en avant commerciale et marketing des marques Elmex et Meridol :
Vendre en volume et Distribution (“sell in”),
Aider à la revente via l’activation des 5P (“sell out”),
Assurer le suivi commercial de son secteur et remonter les informations : reporting, veille concurrentielle…
En dentaire :
Auprès d’une cible de cabinets dentaires / centres de soins dentaires publics et privés, tu devras :
Développer un partenariat et maintenir une relation forte avec les professionnels dentaires.
Organiser des visites et des formations de groupe dans les cabinets dentaires.
Délivrer des messages produits en utilisant le matériel de communication fourni en appliquant la méthodologie Triple Win.
Programmer et assurer des sessions de formation produits en cabinets dentaires.
Construire et mettre à jour quotidiennement la base de données CRM.
TON PROFIL
Tu as une ou plusieurs expériences dans le domaine pharmaceutiques et terrain,
Tu as envie d’acquérir des compétences opérationnelles,
Tu es motivé.e pour intégrer une entreprise dynamique et internationale,
Tu maîtrises Excel et les incontournables de l’outil.
