As our new Divisional & US EHS Senior Manager, you will be leading EHS strategy and deployment across an entire Grundfos Division, spanning Operations, Sales & Service, and Staff functions by collaborating with leadership teams, coaching local EHS managers, and ensuring our ambitious sustainability and safety targets become reality. As a key part of the Group EHS (GEHS) team, you'll create impact by Driving measurable improvements in workplace safety, energy consumption, CO2 emissions, and water stewardship by translating Grundfos Group EHS ambitions into divisional action and results.

The salary range for this position is $121,000.00 - $217,000.00. Individual pay will be determined based on market location and the candidate’s profile. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation and benefits package for employees. Total compensation includes paid time off, paid holidays, merit increases, bonuses, and employee stock purchase programs, etc. The salary rates are benchmarked and reflect the target for new hire salaries for the position in this region.
