The Divisional Senior Director of Sales reports to the EVP of the West Region
This hybrid roles is located in Irvine, CA

The Divisional Senior Director is responsible for leading the overall performance, growth, and profitability of TriMark's Orange County division. This executive leader leads the sales team and financial performance while driving strategic initiatives that support TriMark's position as the premier distributor of commercial kitchen equipment, supplies, and design solutions.
The Senior Director serves as the senior leader for the division, ensuring alignment with company objectives, fostering a high-performance culture, and delivering exceptional value to customers across restaurants, healthcare, hospitality, education, government, and other foodservice segments.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
• Develop and execute the division's annual business plan, growth strategy, and operating objectives.
• Drive revenue growth, market share expansion, and profitability across all business lines.
• Identify new market opportunities, strategic partnerships, acquisitions, and customer segments.
• Partner with executive leadership to support national initiatives and regional expansion strategies.
• Champion continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the division.
Sales & Business Development
• Lead divisional sales strategy across Contract Sales teams.
• Establish revenue, margin, and customer acquisition goals.
• Build executive-level relationships with key customers, consultants, contractors, chain operators, healthcare systems, and institutional clients.
• Review sales pipeline performance, forecasting accuracy, and market penetration initiatives.
Financial Management
• Own divisional P&L performance and annual operating budget.
• Monitor revenue, gross margin, EBITDA, working capital, inventory turns, and operating expenses.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve profitability and operational leverage.
• Review business performance through monthly operating reviews and executive scorecards.
• Ensure compliance with financial controls and corporate policies.
People Leadership
• Lead, coach, and develop a Sales team members.
• Build succession plans and leadership development programs.
• Foster a culture focused on accountability, customer service, safety, collaboration, and innovation.
• Partner with Human Resources on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Promote diversity of thought and inclusive leadership practices.
Customer & Industry Leadership
• Serve as the executive face of TriMark within the Southern California market.
• Represent the organization at industry associations, customer events, and trade shows.
• Maintain a deep understanding of foodservice equipment, supplies, industry trends, and competitive dynamics.
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and long-term relationship development.
Qualifications
Required
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in foodservice equipment, commercial kitchen equipment, distribution, hospitality supply, construction services, or a related industry.
• 3+ years of senior executive leadership experience with P&L responsibility.
• Demonstrated success leading multi-functional teams across sales, operations, and service.
• Experience managing large-scale customer relationships and strategic accounts.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and EBITDA performance.
• Proven ability to lead organizational change and business transformation initiatives.
• Ability to successfully pass a background check post offer acceptance.
• Familiarity with ERP platforms such as Infor M3, JD Edwards, SAP, or Oracle.

Compensation includes the posted base salary range and does not reflect potential commission, incentive, bonus, or other additional compensation opportunities, where applicable. Total compensation is determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, geographic location, and other job-related compensatory factors.
In addition to base salary, this role will be eligible for participation in TriMark’s’ benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, 401K (with employer match), etc. Leadership positions may also qualify for participation in bonus programs commensurate with role and scope of responsibility.
