
Join our Security team as a Divisional Security Manager, where you'll play a key role in driving a safe and secure environment for our colleagues and customers. You’ll act as the proactive point of contact across a divisional portfolio of stores and regions, helping to embed a strong culture of safety, consistency and accountability. Working closely with Store, Regional and Divisional stakeholders, you’ll champion the smart use of security tools, data and processes to reduce risk, improve compliance and enhance customer service across all security touchpoints. We're looking for someone with strong retail security experience, excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to translate data into meaningful actions that drive real results.

What you’ll doYour key accountabilities will include:
• Driving a strong culture of safety and security accountability across the division through colleague engagement and process execution
• Using divisional dashboards to target high‑risk stores, improve metrics and report back on performance
• Ensuring effective utilisation and compliance of all security tools and resources, including SPO, SOC, Auror and Body Worn Cameras
• Supporting stores with escalation of security maintenance issues to ensure swift resolution in line with SLA expectations
• Delivering data‑led store visits, risk assessments and incident response activity to identify risks and drive improved security behaviour and culture
Your skills and experience will include:
• Strong experience as a retail security professional with knowledge of multi‑site operational environments
• Understanding of retail risk, police processes and wider criminal justice frameworks
• Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder engagement skills
• Confident analysing data, using dashboards and presenting insights clearly to senior stakeholders
• Ability to prioritise, manage critical timelines and deliver engaging training and security workshops
