Divisional Sales Representative

PriorityOne Group is seeking a Divisional Sales Representative to grow service revenue and strengthen customer relationships across its regional market. This role owns the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through proposal, close, and account development. The primary focus is commercial kitchen equipment service and preventive maintenance agreements, with equipment sales as an additional opportunity when they fit the customer’s needs.

The position is based in the Denver market and may be performed remotely, with workspace available in PriorityOne’s Denver office when needed. Success requires consistent field engagement, disciplined pipeline management, and close coordination with operational leaders across a multi-state territory.

What you will own

• Develop and execute a territory plan for Colorado, New Mexico, southern Wyoming, and El Paso, Texas.
• Build a qualified pipeline through targeted prospecting, referrals, networking, customer visits, and follow-up.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach and needs discovery through proposals, negotiation, and close.
• Sell commercial kitchen equipment repair services, preventive maintenance agreements, and related service solutions.
• Identify equipment sales opportunities and coordinate with internal experts to deliver the right solution.
• Develop new accounts while expanding relationships and revenue within the existing customer base.
• Translate customer concerns such as downtime, reliability, operating cost, and equipment performance into practical service recommendations.
• Maintain accurate opportunities, activities, forecasts, and follow-up commitments in the company CRM.
• Partner with operations, service, dispatch, and leadership teams to support strong customer experience and successful handoff.
• Travel regularly throughout the region based on business needs, including occasional overnight travel.

What sets you apart

• A record of success in outside sales, territory sales, business development, or service-based sales.
• Experience in commercial foodservice, equipment service, HVAC, refrigeration, facilities, or a related industry is preferred.
• The ability to create new opportunities instead of relying only on inbound leads.
• Strong discovery, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• A disciplined approach to territory planning, pipeline management, forecasting, and follow-through.
• The judgment to work independently while collaborating effectively with two leaders and cross-functional teams.
• A coachable mindset and a desire to grow professionally through ongoing feedback.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and proficiency with CRM and Microsoft business tools.
• A valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
• The ability to meet company background-check and drug-screening requirements.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

• You prefer an inside-sales role with limited customer travel.
• You are uncomfortable generating your own opportunities and maintaining a consistent prospecting rhythm.
• You treat CRM updates, forecasting, or internal handoffs as administrative tasks rather than part of the sales process.
• You are not comfortable balancing regional priorities and accountability within a dual reporting structure.

Compensation & Benefits

• $55,000–$65,000 annual base salary plus commission, with anticipated on-target earnings of $105,000–$115,000 per year.
