The opportunity

As Divisional Principal, you'll play an important role in developing Lawrence Harvey's contract recruitment business, identifying opportunities to grow revenue, strengthen client partnerships and expand our presence across specialist technology markets.

You'll have the opportunity to:

• Drive commercial growth: Develop existing accounts, identify new opportunities and build long-term client partnerships across the contract market.
• Leverage specialist expertise: Use your understanding of technology recruitment to deliver high-quality contract talent solutions. SAP experience would be particularly valuable.
• Build lasting relationships: Develop trusted partnerships with clients and candidates, focusing on repeat business, quality delivery and long-term value.
• Influence strategy: Contribute to the direction and development of the division, identifying opportunities to improve performance and grow market share.

Who we're looking for

You'll be an experienced recruitment professional with a proven track record in contract recruitment and the ambition to take greater ownership of your commercial success.

You'll ideally bring:

• A strong track record of billing and revenue generation within contract recruitment.
• Experience developing client relationships and growing accounts.
• An understanding of contract recruitment processes, commercial terms and the importance of consistent delivery.
• Experience or exposure to SAP recruitment, enterprise applications or related technology markets, desirable rather than essential.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial approach to business development and market growth.
• The ability to influence others, share expertise and contribute to a high-performance culture.
• Ambition to develop your commercial responsibilities and long-term career.
