We’re hiring a Divisional Manager Masonry Sales to join County Materials in Green Bay, WI.
As Divisional Manager of Masonry Sales, you will be responsible for leading the masonry sales group. This includes developing and implementing strategic sales plans, motivating team members to meet and exceed sales goals, providing account depth at key accounts, and sharing market intelligence with executive leadership
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
• Work in conjunction with the Director of Masonry Sales to develop and implement the corporate growth strategy for the masonry product line.
• Responsible for providing direction to the Hardscape/Masonry Field Marketing position.
• In charge of developing the launch plan for new masonry products.
• Provide guidance and clear direction to the Masonry sales team.
• Participate as a member of the new product development team for the masonry channel. Be the primary source for field intelligence.
• Analyze market trends and develop action plans to assist sales teams’ ability to capitalize on shifts in the market.
• Own the management of product testing.
• Represent County Materials at national and regional organizations.
• Create and execute the development of an ongoing education program for inside and outside sales representatives.
• Evaluate, hire, terminate, coach, and train sales teams.
• Be the key contact for projects with suspected product quality issues or concerns.
• Maintaining effective relationships with key customers lead to increased sales and revenue.
• Work with sales teams to identify and prospect for new customers.
• Develop and execute sales teams’ job tracking, wins and losses.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience, training, and education.
• Masonry/Hardscape product line experience is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales management experience.
• Proven track record for building and managing high performing teams.
• High aptitude for motivating team members while holding them accountable.
• Working knowledge of required software programs (Microsoft Office, CRM, and ERP).
• Effective training and presentation skills.
• Effective time management skills.
• High sales aptitude, self-motivated.
• Ability to analyze situations and identify opportunities for success.
• Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong mathematical skills.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record a must
Work Environment:
• Work is typically performed in an office environment as well as construction sites in various weather.
• Exposure may include: Noise, weather, machinery, public interactions
• 30 to 50% travel
• Typical work hours/shifts: Monday through Friday with occasional nights, weekends, and out-of-town, overnight travel
