Location: Johannesburg (On-site) - Permanent Position

The Divisional ICT Executive is a strategic leadership position focused on optimizing ICT systems to align with the organizations business objectives. This role is not operationally hands-on but is dedicated to guiding the overall ICT strategy and enhancing the team's capacity within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Lead and develop an ICT team of 8, ensuring the implementation of the most effective systems to meet the companys needs.
ICT Capacity Building: Drive improvements in the teams capacity to handle the organizations ICT requirements.
System Management: Ensure the effective use and management of SYSPRO, data processing, and cybersecurity systems.
Vendor Liaison: Manage and maintain strong relationships with ICT service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Cybersecurity: Oversee the implementation of comprehensive cybersecurity measures to safeguard company data and systems.
Manufacturing Focus: The role requires experience in a manufacturing environment, as industry-specific knowledge is critical.
Decision-Making Support: Provide dashboards and analytics to support informed and effective business decisions.
Cultural Fit: Seeking a self-starter with a strong, positive attitude who can analyze current systems and implement market-leading solutions.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Experience: 15+ years of strategic leadership in ICT, with a preference for experience within the manufacturing sector.
Personality: A strategic thinker with collaborative leadership skills, focused on continuous improvement and innovation.
