In order to strengthen our Divisional Finance Team, we are looking for a

Divsion Finance Expert (m/f/d)

YOU WILL.

Main tasks

  • Preparation, validation, and analysis of financial and non-financial reports, ensuring timely and accurate reporting cycles
  • Support of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes in alignment with business objectives
  • Cost center controlling for Division Management, including planning, monitoring, and performance analysis
  • Monitoring expenditures, analyzing variances, and ensuring accurate cost allocations across the organization
  • Collaboration with business stakeholders to align financial plans, provide insights, and support decision-making
  • Ensuring compliance with internal controls, company policies, and financial regulations
  • Identification and implementation of process improvements, efficiency enhancements, and automation opportunities within finance operations
  • Support for the implementation and continuous enhancement of digital finance tools and reporting solutions for improved financial transparency and performance management
  • Contribute to our continuous improvement culture striving for excellence in each area

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a Controlling (CO) function
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with automation tools (Power BI) is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Communication skills: English (obligatory), German (highly beneficial) written and spoken
