How You’ll Make an Impact

Lead Accounting & Financial Reporting
Ensure accurate and timely execution of daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting processes.
Own the Month-End Close
Perform month-end close and prepare workpaper packages, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and readiness for review.
Monitor Financial Performance
Analyze gross profit, WIP, and overhead against budgets and expectations to identify trends and opportunities.
Partner with Operations
Support job cost updates, contract administration, and ongoing financial insights that help teams make better decisions in real time.
Establish Strong Communication Rhythms
Build consistent touchpoints with operations teams to review performance, share insights, and proactively address challenges.
Deliver Actionable Insights
Use analytical tools and financial expertise to translate data into clear, meaningful business recommendations.
Support Risk & Compliance Efforts
Coordinate with Risk Management on claims and support audits, CPA reviews, and other financial examinations.
Contribute to Team Success
Support the development and coordination of accounting team activities, helping maintain strong performance and accountability.


What You Bring to the Team

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive accounting or financial management experience
  • Track record of strong financial ownership and accuracy
  • Experience analyzing financial performance and translating insights into action
  • Ability to build strong relationships and partner effectively with operations teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills across financial and non-financial audiences
  • High level of initiative—you ask questions, identify gaps, and solve problems independently
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Nice to Have:
  • Experience in construction or job-cost accounting
  • Background in public accounting and/or CPA designation
  • Experience with ERP systems such as Viewpoint Vista and Procore
  • Advanced Excel skills
