We are seeking an experienced and proactive Divisional Administration Officer to deliver high-quality business support services across the Division. Working closely with the Senior Divisional Coordinator, Project Officer and divisional leadership team, you will support the delivery of administrative operations and business services in a complex and fast-paced environment. The role also provides coordination support for executive, ministerial and parliamentary requests as required.
As Divisional Administration Officer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Executive and broader Division through the delivery of critical administrative and operational services. Working as part of a high-performing business support team, you will coordinate and deliver services across finance, procurement, human resources, travel, asset management, events and general administration.
You will work closely with divisional leaders and key business support partners to ensure services are delivered efficiently, compliantly and in line with business priorities. You will also identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and service delivery to support continuous improvement across the Division.
The role includes supervision and development of one direct report, providing day-to-day guidance, coaching and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality administrative services and business support across the Division.
