The Division Safety Coordinator is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining safety programs and policies within the division. This role ensures compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards, promotes a culture of safety, and works to prevent workplace accidents and injuries.

We’d love to hear from you if:
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a safety coordination or similar role, preferably within the same industry.
Strong understanding of safety regulations, standards, and best practices. Familiarity with OSHA regulations is essential.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively train and educate employees at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct thorough investigations and risk assessments.
High level of attention to detail, ensuring all safety protocols and procedures are meticulously followed.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and build strong working relationships.
Relevant safety certifications (e.g., Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Occupational Health and Safety Technician (OHST)) are preferred.
Compensation:
This is a progression position, and can be a Level I, II, or Senior, depending on experience and business needs. The annual base salary range for this role is as follows:
Safety Specialist I: $77,440 - $87,120.
Safety Specialist II: $88,000 - $99,000.
Senior Safety Specialist: $107,760 - $121,230, plus an annual target bonus of 7.5% of the base salary.
