About the Opportunity

Fyfe is growing its Transmission & Distribution capability across Australia, and we're looking for an experienced industry leader to help shape what comes next!

Reporting to the General Manager - Energy, you'll lead our Transmission & Distribution capability which includes four specialist teams: Primary & Earthing, Secondary & Protection, Civil & Structural and Digital Engineering. This is much more than a team management role. You'll influence how we build capability, deliver complex projects, develop our people and strengthen our position in the Australian Transmission & Distribution sector.

The Impact You'll Have

• Lead the technical and strategic direction of Fyfe's Transmission & Distribution capability.
• Build and develop great teams, with responsibility for capability, succession and resourcing.
• Influence major project outcomes, providing senior technical, commercial and delivery oversight.
• Strengthening key client relationships and supporting major opportunities across Power Networks, Renewable Energy, Data Centers and Contractors.
• Shape sustainable growth, balancing pipeline, utilisation, project performance and capability development.

What You'll Bring

• A relevant Engineering degree
• You'll have strong experience in the Australian Transmission & Distribution sector and the credibility to lead both experienced engineers and senior client relationships.
• Consulting experience across T&D, power networks, HV substations and transmission lines
• Proven leadership of technical teams or senior engineering professionals
• Strong understanding of Australian standards and industry requirements
• Experience across complex multidisciplinary project delivery
• Commercial awareness across resourcing, utilisation, margin and risk
