About the Role:

ServiceMaster Commercial Cleaning of Jackson is looking for a driven and experienced Division Manager to join our full-time team in Richland, MS. This is an exciting leadership opportunity to oversee operations, inspire a team, and help deliver the exceptional cleaning services our clients count on every day. Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of an assigned division within the commercial cleaning service area
• Recruit, train, and manage frontline cleaning staff to ensure high performance and retention
• Conduct quality control inspections at client sites to maintain ServiceMaster standards
• Serve as a primary point of contact for client accounts, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction
• Schedule and coordinate cleaning crews across multiple commercial accounts
• Monitor supply inventory and equipment maintenance for the division
• Track and report on key performance metrics, productivity, and budget compliance

Requirements:

• Prior experience in facilities management, commercial cleaning, or a related service industry
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience managing teams
• Strong customer service and client relationship management skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings or evenings as needed
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Proficiency in basic computer applications for scheduling and reporting

Compensation: $40,000.00 per year
