Trusted to act on initiative, we challenge conventional thinking to develop world-leading technologies that inspire progress in vital areas, including energy, food, water and shipping.

As we push forward, the innovative, open spirit that fuels our 140-year-old start-up culture and rapid growth also drives our personal growth. So, as we shape a more resourceful, less wasteful world, we build our careers too.

Division Manager – Food & Pharma

Who are you?

You are a commercially driven business leader with a strong ability to translate strategy into profitable growth. You combine market insight, commercial acumen, and leadership experience to build high-performing organizations and create long-term customer value.

You thrive in dynamic environments where business development, customer engagement, and operational execution go hand in hand. With a structured and data-driven approach, you use commercial insights, market trends, and performance metrics to identify opportunities, strengthen sales execution, and continuously improve results.

You bring credibility within the Food & Pharma industry and understand the commercial realities, customer expectations, and competitive landscape across the Nordic market. At the same time, you are a leader who empowers teams, drives accountability, and creates engagement around clear business priorities.

If you are motivated by shaping commercial direction, developing people, and driving sustainable growth in a market-leading organization, this is an opportunity to make a significant impact.

About the job

In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for driving the continued growth and development of the Food & Pharma Division across the Nordic region.

Together with your team, you will identify market opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and execute commercial strategies that deliver profitable growth and an outstanding customer experience. A key focus will be to further develop commercial excellence, strengthen data-driven sales capabilities, and ensure a structured approach to pipeline management, forecasting, and business performance.

You will play an active role in shaping the division’s strategic direction, refining ways of working, and driving initiatives linked to sustainability, circularity, and energy efficiency within the industry.

As Division Manager, you hold full responsibility for the division’s financial performance and organizational development. You will lead and develop a high-performing commercial organization while ensuring strong collaboration across functions and markets.

You will also contribute actively to the Nordic management team and collaborate closely with the central division and colleagues across the Northern Europe Cluster to align priorities, share best practices, and accelerate business growth.

What you know

You hold a relevant academic degree within business, engineering, or a related field and bring a strong track record of successfully leading commercial organizations in industrial B2B environments.

You have experience from the Food & Pharma industry — or closely related sectors — and understand the market dynamics, customer needs, and regulatory expectations shaping the industry.

In addition, you bring:

  • Proven success in driving profitable growth and commercial transformation
  • Strong leadership experience within sales-driven and matrix organizations
  • Experience working with commercial excellence, sales performance management, and data-driven decision-making
  • Solid understanding of the Nordic market and customer landscape
  • Strong strategic and analytical capabilities combined with hands-on execution
  • The ability to build high-performing teams and develop people
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Professional proficiency in English

Reporting to the Managing Director Nordic, you will be based at one of our main Nordic sites, preferably in Denmark. The role includes regular travel across the Nordic region.
