Job Title: Division Head/Group Manager Accounts & Finance

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Division Head/Group Manager Accounts & Finance to join our team.

He/She will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring compliance with government regulations, and providing strategic financial guidance to the executive team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in finance and accounting with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the monthly company accounts and financial planning processes.
• Manage budget forecasting and cash flow management.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and handle all statutory government-related documents, including tax-related work.
• Liaise with government agencies and authorities for licensing and statutory requirements.
• Prepare and present management reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, AP-AR agent reports, sales by items, insurance claim reports, etc.
• Coordinate with external auditors, the revenue department, and other related authorities.
• Utilize SAP accounting software to manage financial processes effectively.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team to support decision-making.
• Foster a multicultural work environment and collaborate effectively with teams from diverse backgrounds.

Qualifications and Skills:

• CPA Certification (mandatory).
• Thai citizen and age not above 45 years.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Proven experience in overseeing financial operations and financial planning.
• Strong knowledge of government regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience in managing statutory government-related documents and tax-related work.
• Proficiency in SAP accounting software.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a CFO or senior finance management role.
• Experience in international finance and working with global teams.
