Search for a multi-site Financial Controller/Business Partner for a diversified industrial near Glendale Heights, IL. This role is responsible for 7 sites globally. As a member of the site leadership team, the ideal candidate will be a true Business Partner to the Operations Leaders, a strategic thinker with strong leadership, engagement, coaching and mentoring experience. Targeting a Hi-Pot for this feeder role for corporate level financial leadership. Key prior exp pref’d - costing, general and inventory accounting, payroll, AR, AP, profit planning, earnings estimates, and economic analysis. You will be a strong team player working cross functionally with the ability to explain the numbers to senior management with an understanding of site impacts to the broader division; You will have experience defining and documenting processes and procedures; Drive accountability to organizations; Experience with Financial Reporting/Forecasting/Planning and Internal Controls; Experience with ERP systems and ERP system integration as well as prior leadership of IT effort is a plus; BA/BS in accounting, finance, Business or Economics. 8+ yrs exp pref’d. Prior experience in a manufacturing environment pref’d. Client will consider Hi-Pot candidates from outside of manufacturing.
