Job Description

MEPPI is hiring a Division Assistant to provide administrative support to the Critical Power Solutions Division (CPSD), ensuring effective coordination, communication, and execution of division activities.

What You’ll Do

• Support Communication & Coordination: Facilitate communication, schedule meetings, manage correspondence, and route inquiries between internal teams and external stakeholders. Track and help resolve requests.
• Act as a Liaison: Serve as a key point of contact between division leadership and internal departments to support cross-functional initiatives.
• Prepare Reports & Documentation: Create, organize, and distribute reports using MEPPI systems while ensuring consistency and accuracy in formatting.
• Support Onboarding: Assist with the integration and training of new employees within CPSD.
• Develop Presentations & Communications: Prepare materials for client meetings, business planning sessions, and leadership presentations. Support division-wide communications.
• Manage Travel & Expenses: Coordinate travel arrangements, maintain calendars, and prepare expense reports for the management team.
• Plan Meetings & Events: Develop and maintain schedules for division meetings (internal, customer, and subcontractor). Organize special events and social functions.
• Represent CPSD Professionally: Support a positive and professional division image through effective interactions with customers, vendors, and internal teams.

What You’ll Bring

• Associate’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of administrative or clerical experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with MRP/ERP systems and business planning tools.
