This is a specialist role within an experienced team of six, responsible for delivering dividend events, supporting tax reporting activities and ensuring shareholder payments are processed accurately and on time. Working with significant financial transactions and critical deadlines, you'll play an important role in helping us deliver exceptional service to our clients.

A role you will love

As a Dividend Specialist, you'll coordinate and process dividend and tax-related activities on behalf of our clients. You'll monitor corporate announcements, manage event timetables and ensure key activities are completed accurately and within strict deadlines.

Working across a variety of systems and alongside several internal teams, you'll help facilitate shareholder payments, tax reporting requirements and other important financial transactions.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing dividend payment events accurately and within agreed deadlines
  • Monitoring corporate announcements and identifying actions required for upcoming events
  • Managing event schedules and tracking tasks through to completion
  • Coordinating with internal teams to gather shareholder and transaction information
  • Processing shareholder payments, money transfers and related financial transactions
  • Supporting tax reporting activities and associated regulatory requirements
  • Assisting with foreign exchange transactions where required
  • Responding to dividend-related queries from internal and external stakeholders
  • Participating in daily team meetings and supporting colleagues when required
  • Contributing to projects and continuous process improvements

What will you bring to the role?

We're looking for someone who is dependable, organised and comfortable taking ownership of their workload. You'll be confident working independently while also contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.

You will bring:

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • The ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Confidence working with financial information and handling sensitive transactions
  • A proactive and reliable approach to work
  • The ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
  • Strong Microsoft 365 skills, particularly Excel
  • A commitment to delivering excellent service to clients and colleagues

Experience within financial services, operations, payments, banking or administration would be beneficial but is not essential as full training will be provided.

If you're looking for an opportunity to build specialist expertise, work alongside a supportive team and develop your career within a global organisation, we'd love to hear from you.
