D&IT Business Solutions Analyst (12 months assignment)

What this role is about?

This role is responsible for maintaining & supporting a Eastern Europe region portfolio of Consumer centric area of applications, working with colleagues to standardize and drive efficiency. Incumbent should broaden their technical and delivery skills using tools at their disposal, including but not limited to Freedom within a Framework, Data management, ERP and Sales solutions. The role is responsible for ensuring that 3rd-party solution providers & external resources fulfil agreed-upon commitments and contractual obligations within budgeted costs.

What will you do?

• Collaborate with business to identify improvements for existing solutions
• Work to find existing solution in JTI that has the required capabilities
• Help develop capabilities delivered by global teams and within regional/local solutions
• Explore with other regions capabilities teams what exists so that synergies and technology re-use can be maximized and deployed quickly & adopted
• Work with other regions who are rolling out systems ahead of your region to gain knowledge and to help deliver the solution faster in your region
• Support other regional teams by engaging them and helping them understand what you and the team learnt for a successful deployment
• Ensure the company's business community is provided with appropriate support and training/development in business systems, software and hardware to make effective and efficient usage of systems and resources and enable users to achieve business goals

What are we looking for?

• University degree or equivalent, preferably in the IT area
• 2+ years of experience in the IT discipline
• Experience in the following new technology trends:
  • Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, PowerBI, Power Automate)
  • Field Sales Solutions with the focus on Consumer centric capabilities
  • Online Sales, Orders fulfilments, Loyalty and payment systems
• Business requirements analysis & process documentation
• Exposure to solutions design and architecture (business applications and IT infrastructure) including, but not limited to, interface design, capacity planning and scalability
• Experience in Project implementation and administration support
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision, ensuring clear understanding of expected outcome
• Team-oriented attitude and ability to network and establish good connections
• Creative, innovative, enterprising and with ability to think outside the box
• Proactive, eager to learn and keep pace with business and technology trends
• Able to work under pressure and to think on his/her feet
• Detail-oriented with effective communication skills
• Fluency in English
