For ACEM trainees, we are accredited for 24 months of ACEM Training, including paediatric logbook accreditation, and run a highly regarded Primary and Fellowship Exam preparation program supported by two consultants on the ACEM Board of Examiners. Additional opportunities include ED Special Skills Ultrasound position, 6-month Anaesthetics rotation and potential medical specialty rotations.
For all registrars, we offer 5 hours of paid, protected teaching time each week, tailored to all experience levels and training stages, exam preparation support and study leave, a flexible roster to balance work and life and close mentorship from a passionate FACEM group.

Salary:
Registrars
Medical Practitioner Level 5 - 11 $138,978 - $194,675 per annum, pro rata + 12% superannuation + access to salary packaging
In addition, the following allowances and benefit, calculated on the salaried incremental point may be available

Evidence of current Advanced Life Support or equivalent Emergency Life Support course certification and up-to-date resuscitation skills
Engagement in a relevant training program, such as ACEM/FACCRM/EMC/EMD or equivalent qualifications
