Key Responsibilities

• Reconciles mileage and expense reports for multiple District Managers
• Makes travel arrangements for District Managers as needed
• Assists with coordination of special events, provides logistical support such as room reservations, catering, etc.
• Prepares routine documents, reports and other correspondence for the District Managers in a timely manner
• May handle confidential and sensitive information
• Files department records/documents according to established guidelines

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
• 1 years of Experience in Administrative role

Pay Range: $21.27 - $35.52 per hour
